- 従来の機械学習では、学習データ数よりもパラメータ数の方が多いとき過学習が発生する。
- 一方、ディープラーニングではパラメータ数の方が多いにも関わらず過学習が発生しない。
- d次元の学習データがn個あるとき、パラメータがnd個以上であれば過学習は発生しない。
- この理由を理論的に説明した。
